The system, patented by Roboze, removes rubber belts from 3D printers and, instead, uses gears to direct the mechatronic movement of the X and Y axes. The Beltless System guarantees mechanical precision of 10 μ m and unparalleled repeatability for a consistent production process over time.
The state of the art of super polymer extrusion. It is cooled by compressed air and made up of more than 40 single pieces in 5 different materials. Thanks to its composition, it allows the printing of highly viscous materials guaranteeing the perfect process, flow and heating conditions, reaching 450 °C.
The vacuum system speeds up and automates printing operations, guarantees adhesion of the first layer, ensures precise dimensional tolerances and eliminates any maintenance operation on the build plate.
