MarForm is used whenever and wherever information on the geometry of close tolerance workpieces is required. ISO 1101 calls characteristics such as roundness, cylindricity, straightness, parallelism, etc. deviations of form and position. These characteristics are monitored by high-accuracy, cost-saving formtesters which can fully exploit the allowed tolerance ranges.

The MarForm MMQ 150 measuring station offers users a complete system solution with form monitoring and position tolerances for quality assurance of products. MMQ 150 was designed for accuracy, speed and easy operation, all in a very compact construction. Only highly precise, maintenance-free, mechanical bearings are used, thus eliminating the need for regular maintenance and exchange of compressed air components.

The MarForm MMQ 200 is an automatic measuring machine for testing deviations of form and position. It offers a complete solution for controlling deviations of form and positioning for the quality of products. MMQ 200 has been developed in a compact style and is designed for high accuracy, speed and easy handling. Exclusive use of maintenance-free high precision mechanical bearings service and exchange of compressed air components are not necessary.

The MarForm MMQ 400 can be used in all circumstances for comprehensive workpiece evaluation to DIN ISO 1101. High-precision Z and X measuring axes make it possible to perform any form measuring task. MMQ 400 is available as a ‘semiautomatic measuring station’ with a manual centering and tilting table or as a ‘fully automatic measuring station’ which is conveniently fitted with a motor-driven centering and tilting table and the T7W probe. This makes it possible to test parts with high precision without operator intervention. There are versions of MarForm MMQ 400 for high-precision workpieces, unusually long, large or heavy workpieces and for production environments or the precision inspection room.
